Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING METHOD
All my cameras are packaged securely in sturdy boxes with adequate packing and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the UK (all products), and Royal Mail International Tracked (501g +) and International Standard (0-500g) worldwide. Prices cover the costs of packaging and postage.

Shipping is based on total order weight. In the UK, this works out at approx. 125g per zine (£2.00), 400g per book (£4.00) and between 600–1000g (£4.00–£6.00) per camera, including packaging. Checkout calculates this automatically for you after selecting the destination country. See the sections below.

1-300g = £2.00
301-600g = £4.00
601-1200g = £6.00
1201-1800g = £8.00
1801-2000g = £10.00

RETURNS & REFUNDS
I accept returns if the items are returned to me in perfect condition.  Please contact me within 7 days of receipt and ship items back within 7 days. 

I do not provide free returns. You need to cover the cost of returning the item to me. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and packaged appropriately for return postage. I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to return goods, to ensure that there is proof of delivery and the goods are insured whilst in transit. I am not responsible for losses or damage during return transit.

Refunds for goods will be made against the original method of payment used to buy them. Refunds will be made for the cost of the goods only and not for any shipping charges. Cancelled orders will always incur a 3% total order fee as my payment provider does not refund their processing fees.

Unless products are deemed faulty, I do not offer refunds. In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me at info@retrorangefinders.com. I will refund any items which have arrived in a damaged condition once the items are received back and checked.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable.
